This a still from a Renault commercial that recently aired on channel 4. I worked in the art department, building and painting various miniatures for compositing (including the sea mine above). It was a really fun shoot, lots of green screen and ambitious miniature sets.

Ashes

Ashes was a short film directed by Derek Ewers that I did production design for a little over a year ago. It involved the construction of a creepy basment belonging to an artist. Here are a couple of stills of the set:

I've been busy beavering away on our grad film recently. If you are interested check out the website. Here are some stills that show of the set I built for the film - it was a magician's workshop attic space. It was a complicated and time-consuming build but I was really happy with it by the end. Just a little link about the award for anybody who's interested. I've also had a great (but mega busy) couple of weeks, worked on a commercial over the last weekend in the art department building miniatures and painting and the like. Will try and get some pics up from off my phone.

Kodak award!

A script I wrote for the Kodak Commercial Competition won "best script" beating other entries from film schools across the country. So great news - really happy. They haven't posted the winning info yet on their website but I'll put up a link when they do.
